Information SheetPrivate Aircraft TravelDec 23, 2002 --WSDOT's Aviation Division has closed 14 of its 16 state-owned and operated airports for the winter season except for emergency landings. Closed airports include Avey, Bandera, Copalis, Easton, Lake Wenatchee, Little Goose, Lower Granite, Lower Monumental, Ranger Creek, Rogersburg, Skykomish, Stehekin, Sullivan Lake and Tieton. All will reopen on June 1, 2003. The Woodland and Methow Valley state airports remain open.
