Nov 01, 2000 -- All good friends and readers of this newspaper are invited to attend our 3rd annual open house, The 2000 Seattle Cider Press, 4 - 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 8, at our office, 4128 Fremont Avenue North.

Our sales and editorial staff and many of our writers and columnists will be on hand.

We'll have freshly squeezed cider, made from apples from the publisher's backyard. You may be asked to lend a hand turning the crank on the cider press!
