Neighborhood Open House at Ross Park

Nov 15, 2000 -- Friends of Ross Park, a new neighborhood group, will hold a neighborhood open house in the park, located in the 4400 block of Third Avenue Northwest. The open house is co-sponsored by the Parks Department. Free refreshments will be offered, and the Pacific Crest School will be conducting its fall cleanup, raking leaves from 9 a.m. – noon. i live by ross park playfield and have just noticed that someone has vandilized the ross park shelter with grafiti. i am quite appaled that someone would do some thing like that. the graffiti is offensive and obscene and i would like to help do something about it. (help re-paint the shelter?) i advise you to go look at it and see. thank you for listenig to my concern and i hope the we can solve the problem.
