NorthStar bank gave itself and its customers something both have wanted for a long time: the bank's very own drive-up ATM machine. The shiny new facility is located behind the Ballard Branch at 15th Avenue NW and NW 56th Street. New signage was installed at the same time. NorthStar, which also has a popular branch in Fremont, was founded in 1994. Last year they had 14 employees and assets of $60 million.
Prudential Northwest Realty Honored
Prudential Northwest Realty honored at the annual Prudential Real Estate Affiliate Business Conference in Las Vegas as the top affiliate in Washington State. They received the Pinnacle Award as the number four office in the nation for number of homes sold and closed sales dollar volume. Additionally, they earned the coveted Gibraltar Circle award, which is awarded to the top forty companies in the nearly 1,600 office Prudential Real Estate network. These national awards are based strictly on sales performance and results for the entire year.
Carolyn Hultquist, Director of Corporate Services and Relocation, was the proud recipient of the Prudential Referral Services Award for outstanding relocation referral results. This award will go nicely with awards previously received for Destination Services, Group Move Support, the prestigious Spirit of Partnership, and Carolyn's Relocation Director of the Year award.
"We are proud of our entire sales, support and management team for the awards and recognition we have received. It is evidence of the quality service and customer satisfaction that our sales associates provide to their clients," said Mike Gain and Roger Cayce.
