How to Get a Traffic Circle on Your Street
May 17, 2001 -- Could your corner use a traffic circle? Neighborhood traffic is slowed significantly and accidents reduced dramatically by installing roundabouts at residential street intersections.Getting one on your street takes time and organization, and not every intersection is eligible.
