Mar 14, 2002 -- (Right) The Reverends Erik R. Wilson Weiberg and Laurie Jones present the Christ Pennant to fisherman Norman Ness, owner and skipper of the fishing vessel Carol M. during the Blessing of the Fleet, which took place last Sunday at Fishermen's Terminal.

The yearly event is hosted by Ballard First Lutheran Church. This is the 74th annual Blessing of the Fleet.
