Mar 14, 2002 -- Officers respond to a reported burglary at a residence in Crown Hill on a Sunday evening. One resident of the house was home at the time and heard someone enter through a basement window. He thought it was his brother, a runaway who had been stealing from the home in the past. He called his mother's boyfriend, the owner of the house where they all live, to report the incident. The homeowner calls police. When the officers arrive, they contact the suspect in the master bedroom. The homeowner tells the officers the boy is also a suspect in a robbery at his grandmother's house next door. The officers tell the man that the boy cannot be arrested for entering his own home. The boy's mother is advised to look into obtaining a "youth at risk" petition and is provided with a case number and phone numbers to call, and the suspect is left at the house...

When she returned home from the show, she looked for the jacket and found that it was missing. She last remembers seeing it about two weeks ago. She says the ex-boyfriend has been stalking her, despite a no-contact order.
