Qwest Must Pay
Mar 28, 2002 -- If you are a Qwest customer living in Washington State, you will be receiving a rebate on your bill next month. The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission is requiring Qwest to pay $3.2 million for failure to meet its own customer service standards.What does this mean for the consumer? Each Qwest customer will get a credit of $1.32 on their April telephone bill.
