Writers in Performance Annual Event

May 09, 2002 -- Writers in Performance, an annual gala event, will take place May 18. The evening features writers presenting short dramatic readings of their juried their short stories, poetry, articles, essays and novel excerpts. A dessert buffet will be available at intermission.

The evening is hosted by the Seattle Writers' Association and is a great place for aspiring writers to meet and network. Festivities begin at 7:30 p.m. at 6556 35th Ave. NE. Admission is $6.
