On a Sunday night, two men go out drinking together in the Greenlake neighborhood. They are friends, but one becomes drunk and, as they are leaving the bar at closing time, he begins to act very aggressively to the other. The victim tells the aggressor that he needs to apologize for being unnecessarily mean, but instead he punches him in the face. The victim says his friend continued to hit him even after a crowd of people standing around attempted to pull him off. Eventually, the victim falls to the ground and loses consciousness. He is unconscious during his ambulance ride to the hospital and wakes up in the emergency room. He tells officers he believes one of the bystanders called 911. He says he has been friends with the other man for more than 10 years and he has never behaved this way before...

A Metro bus driver pilots his coach northbound on Fremont Avenue just north of the Fremont Bridge on a Saturday at 5:33 p.m., when he sees a woman out in the street walking east as she picks up the rubber hose connected to a traffic survey box. The driver slows to avoid her, then pulls into the bus stop at that location. The woman comes up to the front of the bus and does something to the bus. The driver can't see her hands because they are out of his line of vision below the front window. Then she walks up to the open bus door and says, "Have you heard about the bomb threat? I'm the Vice President." She says a few more things, and the driver closes the doors because he does not want her to board the bus. She sticks her fingers through the rubber in the middle of the doors, trying to pry them open. He hits the alarm code on his communications system and picks up the phone. She sees him do this and walks away northbound on Fremont Avenue, then turns east onto 35th Street. The bus driver pulls the bus over, trying to keep the woman in sight until police arrive. The responding officer recognizes her from previous contacts, and she recognizes him. She tells him she is now "Vice President of Delta Force" and repeatedly gives out various number combinations and illogical phrases. The police report does not state the outcome of the situation...

Two police officers sit near 15th Avenue NW south of NW 65th Street on a Sunday morning before 8 a.m., monitoring traffic with a radar gun. A car passes by and registers a reading of 48 mph (the speed limit is 30 mph). The officers pull the vehicle over and ask the teenage girl driving for her drivers' license and registration. When she opens the glove compartment to get the registration, one officer sees a glass pipe of the type used to smoke marijuana. The driver and her passenger are asked to step out of the car and the officer retrieves the pipe and confirms that it contains burnt marijuana residue. The driver turns out to be 16 years old, and her father is called to come get her. She is cited for speeding and the pipe is placed in evidence...
