U-District Junior Seafair Parade

U-DISTRICT-- Anticipation is building for the Junior Grand Seafair Parade, which will take place on July 22nd. The parade will include drill teams and marching bands competing for trophies, and participating children will take home Torch Medals.
The Parade Princess will be 8-year-old Alexandra, whose dream of being royalty in a parade is granted by the U District Chamber in support of the Make A Wish Foundation.
Kids who want to participate still have time to enter. Applications are being accepted through June 28 for marching bands and drill teams. For more information about the parade, visit the U District Chamber web site at www.udistrictchamber.org or call (206) 547-4417.

my name is kayleigh i am 13 and i am currently "a" team first lutenate on the lake city girls drill team. I have been on the team for over 5 years and it is soooooo much fun. if any one is interested in joining they can come to our practice, it is at broad view thompson elementary in greenwood. girls 7-20 can be on the team, hope 2 see u there!!! |
