Shelter Residents get Chiropractic Care
Jul 18, 2002 --
Residents of two Seattle homeless shelters and an AIDS hospice will receive no-charge chiropractic adjustments thanks to three local doctors. The service is provided to clients of the Union Gospel Mission, the Women and Children's shelter and Bailey Boushay House.
The no-cost chiropractic adjustments, provided by Dr. Scott Lynch of North Seattle and Drs. J. Michael Schweitzer and Vicky Crooks of Sammamish, are not given for specific ailments but to improve the general well being of the recipients. The doctors report that the new program has been well received and will continue into the future.
